Clinique Opens Experience Bar at Bloomingdale’s
Clinique is one of the top brands understanding the need for evolution in the beauty sales process. They’re turning the typical beauty counter department store shopping experience into an interactive bonanza combining technology, innovation and customer engagement.
As part of their “As You Like It Program” Clinique will open its experience bar in Bloomingdale’s Manhattan. Complete with seven iPads offered in seven different languages, customers will be allowed to use the iPads to perform a survey and print out product suggestions based on survey answers. Even the testers will be tricked out, mounted on the walls and after use creates a jingle. We’ll have to stay tuned and see if Clinique will roll this out into all of their department store locations.
