Our favorite stars in entertainment took to the red carpet in some of the fiercest fashions and style at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Whether you believe Miley’s attire was less-than appropriate for the Disney star, we all admit that she is definitely coming into her own and we can’t hate on the gorgeous white suit dress she donned with the fabulous striped sandals.
