Okay… so for now, we’ll have to either live in or travel to the Big Apple to take part in this multi-tasking mega emporium. But it just might be worth it!

Besides, an idea like this is sure to spread (please… please… please… to the west coast!) Upscale apothecary brand Kiehl’s has expanded it’s ever-burgeoning product line into a full service day spa where you can benefit from the company’s 159 years of experience using the finest of ingredients to create it’s coveted skin and hair care products.

Located in an NYC two-story, Keihl’s Spa 1851 is offering a bevy of full-treatment spa and haircare services provided by it’s aestheticians, including a master barber and massage therapist. Pop in for a facial, body treatment or hair and scalp treatment – even men’s grooming – and then stock up on your fave Kiehl’s products on the way out. One stop shopping!

The ultra-urban vibe is right in line with Keihl’s branding and history (originally a New York apothecary offering up such wonders as Attraction Powder or Money Drawing Oil) with a serious peppering of original art by the likes of Curtis Jinkins and David LaChapelle, Am I Collective and customized barber chairs by motorcycle builder Paul Cox. As well as the three themed treatment rooms -  the Rainforest Room, the Apothecary Room, and the Mt. Everest- and Mojave Desert-inspired Adventure Room.

Sleek, professional and ultimately urban – Kiehl’s Spa 1851 is sure to lend it’s modern hand to the multi-tasking phenom of the marketing age.
