Under the direction of Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive, and editor Veronica Chambers, the new magazine, Belleza Latina will celebrate the culture, beauty and passion of Latina’s in the know. The magazine will be written in 90 percent English and 10 percent Spanish. The new magazine will be published quarterly and its first cover star is none other than Jennifer Lopez who opens p about her life, love and the beauty of being a Latina. “Latin beauty is the rainbow,” Lopez told Glam Belleza Latina according to the press release. “We have black, we have white, we have caramel. We have blonds, we have blue eyes, we have brown eyes, we have the darkest of the dar k skin. Latin beauty is for everybody.”read more
Veteran Glamour Magazine beauty editor has stepped down from her post and will soon be joining the ranks of the fashion goddesses at Teen Vogue. Appointed as the new Health and Beauty Director, Elaine Welteroth will be replacing the much adored Eva Chen who’s reign as editor and style maven drew the likes of over 36,000+ Twitter followers and 24,000+ Instagram fans.
“It’s all about preparation meeting the opportunity at the right time,” Welteroth said. ”I had the chance to learn from some really talented people who have taught me a lot. So, this next step is sort of the culmination of a lot of work, great mentorship, and perfect timing.”
Welteroth brings with her not only experience but a sense of diversity often amiss from the fashion industry. The result? A reader’s ability to relate to culturally diverse content, a voice that speaks for them and inclusive content.

She’s not only stylish and a true-life fashion designer, but now Victoria Beckham has taken on the role of guest editor of Glamour Magazine. A fan favorite gracing covers of the magazine in the past, Beckham graces the cover of the September 2012 issue and has been a staple with the magazine who previously reported a loss in sales of in single-copy purchases back in February. Hopefully, Beckham’s presence will boost back profits and give fans exactly what they’re looking for; her classic stamp that consumers relate to.
“I wanted to put my stamp on the magazine,” said Beckham to WWD, who described herself as a control freak during the process. “They were really open to my ideas, like I wanted to show Lily with not a lot of retouching. I have a very strong vision of what I like, and it’s cool and a little more edgy.”
