Target’s been stepping up their beauty game in the past few years building phenomenal relationship with designers like Jemma Kidd and Napoleon Perdis adding premium looks to their shelves. Now, like so many other retailers looking to expand their beauty business, Target has recently launched a trial run of their beauty advisor program in 28 Chicago stores to test the concept over the next nine months.
Using mirrors and ipads, the advisors will be stationed at kiosks to offer samples and give advice. If all goes well with the on-demand beauty concierge concept, they’ll add these little helpers to 450 stores.
