If your party nights, early morning yoga class or work load is finally catching up with you, you may be suffering from dreaded puffy eyes. Calm down inflammation, dark circles and redness by awakening your gorgeous eyes with homemade masks.
Apple Loving
An apple a day not only keeps the doctor away, but they are also great under-eye deflators. Place a thin slice of apple on your bottom lids for 15 to 20 minutes daily to reduce puffiness with a kick of anti-aging assistance. Tannin, an ingredient found in apples, naturally tone and reduce inflammation. Use regularly then snack away at a beautiful solution!
Beauty, Bananas and Breakfast
Ditch the morning banana in your regular parfait and mix up a mask for your eyes. Skip the banana in your early morning parfait and use it to make a tasty mask to rid your eyes of bags. Mash up the banana in a bowl with a quarter-size amount of Vaseline and place in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Apply the mix under your eyes for 5 minutes then gently wipe off with tissue or a makeup remover cloth to clear fine lines, puffiness and wrinkles.
Two For One
Make your regular daily eye cream work for you. Stick it in the fridge over night and apply in the morning for a cool treat for dark circles. Use at night as well to reduce puffiness and wake up to smiling eyes.
